Through movement and stillness exploring relaxation in a whole new light:
-Intro to mindful meditation

-Yoga, aligning the body with the breath through movement.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are required to provide notice at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot attend a workshop they signed up for and will then receive a credit on their account towards a future purchase at our studio. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to start, there will be no credit given. No refunds, no exceptions.
Randi-Mae is a mindfulness and wellness facilitator and teacher. She works with organizations and individuals to assist them on their wellness journey. She is the author of Reflections In My 20’s: Searching For Meaning. Her guided meditations are available on the Insight Timer meditation app. She recently released an album of mindful music created in the present moment. Mindfulness has weaved its way into many facets of her life.
Brianna has an interest in thai yoga massage and meditation. She has completed various workshops to gain knowledge in those areas. Brianna always knew she was put on this earth to help others. She just did not know in what capacity. Brianna’s mission is to get more people involved in yoga to help them realize all of the benefits of yoga.
