Hot Stone Restorative
Balance the body through hot stones and restorative poses. This is a soothing form of yoga in which the body is placed in therapeutic poses that are supported with soft bolsters, blocks, and cozy blankets.
Hot Stones are used to balance the body systems and to align the flow of energy that will encourage rest and peace. We invite you to this 2 hour Restorative Hot Stone Yoga Class with Maryday and Allison.
Please bring an eye pillow and wear comfortable clothing.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are required to provide notice at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot attend a workshop they signed up for and will then receive a credit on their account towards a future purchase at our studio. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to start, there will be no credit given. No refunds, no exceptions.
