Ciarize Aurellado

Ciarize spends most of her time with her family and son. Otherwise, you’ll find her leading classes across studios in the GTA. Her journey into Yoga began in 2009 when she took her first Moksha class. The purity of the practice changed her life both physically and spiritually in unimaginable ways, and she was convinced sharing this wonderful gift to the rest of the world was her calling. In 2011 she completed her Moksha Teacher training in Montreal, and since, hasn’t stopped learning and growing her practice by attending workshops led by inspirational teachers in the likes of David Robson, Dharma Mittra, Seane Corn, Natasha Rizopoulos, Kino MacGregor and Dice Lida-Klein in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. She has also instilled a daily practice and continue to learn from her fellow teachers in the Moksha community. In her classes, her words always are “Be inspired, and though inspiration you will find the love and light within you.” She goes on the simple belief that if you follow the rhythm of your breath, you will find the balance between effort and surrender, and your practice will float gracefully to a moving meditation. Yoga has taught her to be compassionate, to love to live and to enjoy the everyday miracles of life. Ciarize believes Yoga is a lifelong journey of learning and to be an inspirational teacher, one needs to be a passionate and disciplined student.
