Maryday is a passionate, intuitive yoga teacher and Holistiic Nutritionist. She has been teaching for 7 years in the practices of Moksha, Moksha Flow, Yin, and Restorative. She completed her Holistic Nutrition certification at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
She is committed in providing individuals with a balanced lifestyle through the combination of yoga and nutrition. Maryday believes that there is a mind body connection when it comes to health and she has always enjoyed helping other make positive changes in their lives both on and off the mat.
Mayday hopes to empower, inspire, and educate her students to get closer towards attaining their lifestyle changes.
